All animals processed at Blue Ribbon are farm-harvested through our dedicated farm kill services, ensuring they are handled ethically and with minimal stress, resulting in a better quality product for our customers. Smoked Products: Our bacon and hams are cured naturally with only sea salt and/or brown sugar, no nitrates or chemicals and smoked with your choice/s of hickory, apple or cherry woods.
Sausages: We use quality spices and fresh herbs.
Sausage:
Bulk. $2/lb.
Cased. $3/lb. We can make any cased Sausage you desire as long as ingredients are available.
Bacon:
Cured and Smoked. $3.50/lb. Bacon is cut and packed in 1 lb. portions unsliced for versatility
Ham:
Cured and Smoked; fully cooked $3/lb.
